Inside Sales Administrator

Job Overview:

The Inside Sales Representative is primarily accountable for lead generation and qualifying customers for our outside sales team to close. This resource will be responsible for heavy call volume both inbound and outbound to manage specific inside sales initiatives that enable sales growth.

Management of information flow within our CRM software will be critical to the success of the role. The inside sales individual is responsible for monitoring the progress of the inside sales opportunity funnel and communicating initiative summaries consistently and may play a role in post conversion support.

In addition this person will have responsibilities to improve new awareness through marketing efforts, provide market research, maintain account information and accuracy, substitute for areas/customers without an active outside sales reps, monitor and track status multi-family jobs, and build trust and relationships in different markets & segments. This person will report directly to the head of Sales.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and qualify customers for opportunities of assigned verticals
  • Exhaust all resources to generate new leads including internet searching, permit list, purchased contacts, channel events and segment & prioritize leads for effectiveness & efficiency
  • Qualify leads utilizing market specific tactics
  • Schedule meetings for outside sales team to move prospects through the sales funnel and close opportunities
  • Provide initiative summaries highlighting verticals and opportunities
  • Work with sales team on RFP submission and requirements
  • Execute on initiatives that include improving brand awareness
  • Transition between different initiatives, requiring flexibility and focus
  • Provide post conversion support as needed
  • Maintain contact and follow up on assigned tasks and account ownership in sales force
  • Build trust and relationships in different channels and segments

Account Manager

Job Overview:

The Account Manager is a key contributor in the execution of Mirror Lawn’s customer commitments. This position is responsible for being the single-point of success between Mirror Lawn and its clients.

Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships and communications, creating appropriate documentation and reports for the business and client, managing issues for the clients, ensuring the Scope of Work is defined, reviewing the clients budget, financials and monthly close.

This position works in partnership with the field team to ensure all services issues are addressed in a timely manner based on the requirements of the customers and suppliers, and have a significant responsibility directly impacting business profitability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops and manages long term client relationships and communications.
  • Leads and operates as point of contact for any and all matters specific to client portfolio.
  • Works closely with internal groups (Procurement, Finance Accounting, Field Operations, etc.) to ensure client contractual commitments are met.
  • Assigns service partners to work orders, stores list management, storm communication, schedule adjustments
  • Updates 3rd party and general work order management system (NAS) maintenance.
  • Maintains account handbooks, assists with presentations for QBR and SRC; Defines, proofs and signs off on Scope of Work.
  • Reviews clients annual budget, handles monthly close, and leverage work opportunities.
  • Any other duties as requested by management.Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a client facing role, preferably in the facility services industry. Experience working within a matrix organization preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English (Written and Spoken), preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word PowerPoint. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience managing facility service, or similar, work orders.
  • Experience in landscaping/snow removal, building construction and maintenance preferred
